Dr Dondik is a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility specialist. She is honored to provide compassionate and individualized care to patients on their fertility journeys. Dr Dondik also serves as an assistant professor of OBGYN at NYU Long Island School of Medicine, educating residents and medical students.
Dr Dondik received her medical degree at SUNY-Stony Brook School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honors Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society, and received the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Citation for Academic Achievement. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU-Long Island hospital and fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Louisville. She has had numerous research presentations at the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) national meetings, as well as publications in Fertility & Sterility and the Journal of Assisted Reproduction & Genetics. Her prior research has included evaluation of ovarian reserve testing markers, genetic causes of primary ovarian insufficiency, and markers of placental function after embryo transfer.
Dr Dondik’s special interests are female and male infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fertility preservation, family-building for LGBTQ patients, egg reserve testing, artificial insemination, in vitro fertilization, pre-implantation genetic testing, oncofertility, and primary ovarian insufficiency.
