Dr. Fritz is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and has been practicing for over 15 years.
Dr. Fritz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Langone. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in NYC and completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Fritz is one of the only in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility physicians to have also earned a PhD in Reproductive Sciences.
Dr. Fritz’s is actively involved in research has published over thirty peer review publications. He has received numerous awards for his research including the prestigious American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Prize Paper in 2017 annual conference, the highest research award given during the conference. Additionally, he was awarded the President’s Presenter award at the Society for Reproductive Investigation in Florence, Italy. He continues to be actively involved in advancing the field through science and education. He has conducted research with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology to increase awareness on the effects of reproductive aging and the availability of fertility preservation.
Dr. Fritz’s areas of special interest include female and male infertility, IVF, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, egg freezing and fertility preservation, ovulation induction and artificial insemination, polycystic ovarian syndrome, congenital uterine anomalies and hysteroscopic surgery, recurrent miscarriage, and gestational surrogacy.
